Mr Cheng joined the accounting profession since last 1994 and he is a licensed CPA in the State of Washington of United States. He had worked in state government and a couple of companies in the US After returning Hong Kong, he had been a Tax Accountant in a large group company specializing in tax planning on investment projects.

He has started his own name practice since 1999 in Hong Kong. He has more than 15 years in area of auditing, tax planning, US tax, internal control, financial reporting and re-engineering, IPO, and business consultancy.
​
From 2004 to 2008, Mr Cheng was appointed as the Company Secretary and Qualified Accountant for a couple of listed companies in Hong Kong.
​
By September 2011, Mr Cheng was appointed as an independent non-executive director for a China based company, which is listed in the Nasdaq, USA (OTCBB code: AGAC).

Mr Hong is an experienced professional accountant with over 20 years experience. He had worked for one of the “Big 4” accounting firms of 5 years after his graduation from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He also has extensive experiences in commercial sector in the positions of Financial Controller and General Manager.

Besides auditing, taxation and corporate services, he also engaged in the provision of IPO advisory and planning services and financial advisory services to the clients.

In 2006, Mr Hong was successful in helping the suspended listed company in Hong Kong to resume trading.
